With deep roots in Karnataka and a strong belief that everyone has a story worth telling, Ajit created this initiative to help people discover the power of self-expression — especially those who’ve never been told they can.
His work spans online and offline workshops, speaker sessions, digital content, and resources that blend English and Kannada, heart and humor, learning and transformation. Whether he’s speaking to kids, parents, or professionals, Ajit’s mission stays the same: "Make communication simple, bold, and human."
Before founding PassionateTalks™, Ajit spent 17 years in the IT industry, where he worked with diverse teams and real-world business environments. It was here he witnessed first-hand how technical skills alone weren’t enough — and how confidence, clarity, and communication made all the difference.
